The Rosman Media Center houses a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction books, graphic novels, audio tapes, CDs, videos, DVDs, newspapers, and magazines. The fiction section is divided into genres such as Romance, Horror, Suspense, and Classics. There is also a diverse selection of general and specialized encyclopedias and numerous non-fiction selections.  The media center subscribes to numerous magazines including Popular Mechanics, US Weekly, Sports Illustrated, NC Wildlife, and many more.

There are 16 networked computer stations with headphones available for use. The media center also has a laser jet printer and color laser jet printer available for school related work. Each student is given his/her own directory and password that can be used to store work on the Transylvania County School network. Students can  access online research tools such as NC Wise Owl, Infotrac Magazines, and Scribner's. These research tools are also available from home through the Transylvania County School website using the password that can be obtained from Mrs. Justice.
