School Improvement Plan

School Improvement Team (SIT) Explained

There are five strategic priorities for the district, aligned to state goals.  Rosman High School writes a plan that aligns to the district’s plan.

  • Priority 1—Globally competent students
  • Priority 2—21st century professionals
  • Priority 3—Healthy and responsible students
  • Priority 4—Innovative leadership
  • Priority 5—21st century systems

For each of the above areas, measurable goals are set and actions steps established, which align both to the district’s plan and to the state school board’s plan.  Our current plan (2007-10) is available as a pdf document.
