Review Week is in full swing, and it’s all about hands-on learning, collaboration, and critical thinking.
In Ms. Patch's classes, students took their Biology knowledge to the next level with breakout kits - solving puzzles, cracking codes, and unlocking creativity as they reviewed key concepts. Watching their teamwork and problem-solving skills in action was nothing short of amazing.
Who says review can’t be fun and engaging? Let’s keep the momentum going!

Mr. Morgan and Mrs. Dickson's students recently used Book Creator to research and present on influential figures of the Harlem Renaissance. Through their projects, they explored the contributions of artists, writers, and leaders who shaped this vibrant cultural movement, showcasing creativity and critical thinking in their digital storytelling.

TCS will be on a 2-HR Delay on Monday, Jan. 6, 2025. We will continue to monitor the weather and road conditions and update accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe. #TCSTogether

Take a look at the fall semester exam schedule. Exams begin January 13, 2025.
High school students who are enrolled in a course that does NOT have a state-mandated, end-of-course assessment, may be exempt from taking the final exam.
Students may be exempt if ALL of the following criteria are met:
The student is NOT enrolled in a course with a state-mandated assessment
The student has maintained an A or B in the course
The student must have 6 or fewer tardies and/or early departure in the class (excused or unexcused)
The student must have 5 or fewer absences in a class (excused or unexcused)
Students are encouraged to take all optional exams if they feel the exam grade may improve their final course grade. For students who are exempt, choosing to opt out of an optional exam does not harm the student’s grade.
Required state-mandated final assessments must be taken. The final assessment will be 25% of the student’s semester average.

Our staff had a blast diving into Universal Design for Learning (UDL) during a creative and interactive GooseChase activity! Through hands-on challenges and team collaboration, they explored ways to design flexible learning environments, engage all students, and create meaningful learning experiences.
This fun approach to professional development sparked great conversations and gave our educators tools to support every learner. Learning is for everyone, and UDL makes it possible.
