Meningococcal Vaccine Campaign for Rising Seniors

MCV is required of all students before starting 12th grade. Your rising 12th grader can receive these shots from school nurses at school during the week of April 22.
Completed permission forms are required for your child to participate and must be returned to your child’s school by March 22.
